Holiday Inn opens 143-room Chamlee hotel

IHG Hotels and Resorts Wednesday hosted Holiday Inn & Suites Atlanta Perimeter-Dunwoodyat 4401 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Owned by Atlanta Hospitality Investment LLC and operated by YM Home, the hotel features the brand’s new open lobby design with work and socializing space. The establishment offers 143 rooms and suites, equipped with Studio IHGallowing visitors to stream their favorite shows from their personal devices onto the flat screen TV.

“We chose to develop our new property as the Holiday Inn because of its excellent reputation in the industry,” mohammed hossain, owner and managing member, said in a press release. “And our location near major corporate headquarters, high-end boutiques, and established cultural institutions allows us to cater to all types of customers.”

Amenities include the Holiday Inn‘s “Kids Stay and Eat Free” program, a fully equipped fitness center and an indoor heated swimming pool. The property also houses 4,500 square feet of space that can accommodate corporate and private events.

A highlight of the hotel is its rooftop bar and restaurant, Spice & Skywith a globally inspired menu from the Atlanta chef Archna Becker. Against the backdrop of the Atlanta skyline, Becker will serve up familiar comfort food infused with flavors from around the world. The space is designed for year-round dining indoors and outdoors with the roof terrace.
