The results of a 15 million Australian dollar refurbishment of the Holiday Inn Sydney Airport were unveiled to guests this week.
All 252 rooms have been refreshed as part of the transformation to provide a modern and welcoming accommodation experience.
Each bedroom now includes a Nespresso station, digital menus and slimline mounted TVs, while en-suite bathrooms have spacious showers and oversized amenities to minimize waste.
The bedroom design incorporates earthy tones in the form of bronze light fixtures and leather headboards to create a warm and relaxing environment.
Holiday Inn Sydney Airport general manager Mayuresh Deodhar said the refurbishment aims to make travel easier and more comfortable for guests.
“Whether it’s an annual family vacation or a business trip, we know customers are looking to make the trip as smooth as possible – right from the start,” Deodhar said.
“We are extremely proud to welcome customers to a new era of airport accommodation, where it is all about making their stay an integral part of the journey.
“From newly renovated rooms to the ideal location and warm, welcoming service, we look forward to becoming a much-loved part of our guests’ journeys to come.”
The hotel also offers a fully equipped gym, business center and two restaurants, Biggles Bar and Grill and Sirocco.
