We are looking for a passionate Duty Manager to lead our Front Office operations. During the shift, you will be the leader – managing guest experience, team performance and hotel operations. You will ensure our team delivers authentic and memorable experiences for our customers while supporting and developing the team to drive results. So what does everyday life look like?

• Engage in genuine conversations with our guests to resolve their issues, questions or concerns • Oversee hotel operations in the absence of senior management

• Be the first point of contact for any critical emergency situation • Lead the team to deliver results that positively impact guest experience and overall hotel performance

• Focus on team development to ensure our team is continually learning and expanding their skills

What we need from you

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service manager role or similar customer service management role

• Hospitality industry experience is preferred but not essential • Positive energy, attention to detail and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience

• Ability to have genuine relationships with clients and colleagues

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload • Attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills

• Team spirit with a collaborative approach to work
